+ WHO IS PERSONAL TRAINING FOR?

Personal training is for anyone looking for more accountability and education around fitness. Do you have a big milestone goal? Are you looking to include more intentionality in your workouts? Do you want a workout plan that feels more beneficial to you? Don’t know where to start? Terra Grace Wellness offers personal training to help with all of these questions, and more!

Virtual personal training is also for individuals who prefer a more individualized approach. I am happy to dive deep into the methods, physiology and science of each plan, while ensuring you are able to and benefit from every session. Each session will be different from the one before, based on your goals, feedback and results. The hardest part of every workout is showing up, but I will be your partner in accountability and making your sessions fun.


+ HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?

Preparation can be as involved or limited as you prefer. I encourage my clients to have at least one goal in mind, but we will revisit this regularly as your personal training progresses. I will want to know about any past or current injuries to ensure your sessions are safe and balanced. I would love to hear about past experiences with fitness, wellness and what you enjoy most when it comes to exercise.

You can start personal training with as much or as little equipment as you already own. One of the best parts of virtual personal training is being able to complete your session from anywhere you are, and that will not always include a full gym.
